Slovenian Deputy Prime Minister: I look forward to continue cooperation with China


From the 18th-century astronomical instrument, the Jiheng Armillary Sphere, to the modern architecture of the China National Ski Jumping Center showcased in the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics,  communication between China and Slovenia spans generations, evolving with time. In this exclusive interview, CGTN’s Cui Yingjie sat down with Tanja Fajon, the Slovenian deputy prime minister and minister of foreign and European affairs, during her official visit to China, to gain insights into the bilateral relations between China and Slovenia. Fajon stated that Slovenia would continue to uphold and enhance cooperation with China across various domains such as the economy, technology, and sustainable development, while also jointly promoting multilateralism and safeguarding world peace and stability. “We need each other.”
